No Splash Diving was founded in
2005 by Coach KristiLee Schubert
to enhance the instructional level
of diving and provide opportunities
for athletes of all ages to
participate in this highly unique
and difficult sport. Currently, the
Varsity diving coach at West Islip
High School, Coach Schubert has
worked with a variety of talented
athletes whom have all prospered
under her tutelage. No Splash
Diving currently trains at two
indoor pools in Suffolk County at
West Islip and Ward Melville High
Schools. Programs are available
for athletes of all ages and
abilities.
Program Descriptions:
Beginner divers will learn the basic techniques of
springboard diving including forward and back
approaches, dives, flipping, and twisting.
Advanced divers will train to compete on regional
and national level competitions. These divers will
increase their degree of difficulty and sharpen
their diving skills.
