IST is pleased to announce that it has teamed up with one of
the leading diving teams in the nation, No Splash Diving. Led
by an accomplished staff, No Splash Diving has coached and
trained some of the nations most decorated divers to date.
Implementing the same fundamental principals of instruction in
which IST was built upon, No Splash Diving provides
comprehensive instruction for athletes of all age levels. Novice
divers are introduced to diving and the skill components necessary to grow, learn and succeed in a safe
and fun-filled environment. Accomplished divers work on the technical skills necessary to compete at
prestigious meets and showcase these talents at AAU and National Level competitions.

Train individually with one of qualified coaches.
Each session will contain instruction involving
ball-work technique, passing, heading,
receiving, shooting, offensive and defensive
